    Ingredients
    1. 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
    2. 2/3 cup hummus OR 1/2 cup mashed cooked chickpeas + 2 Tbsp water
    3. 2 Tbsp tomato paste
    4. 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
    5. 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
    6. 1 tsp dried basil leaf
    7. 1/2 tsp dried thyme
    8. 1/2 tsp cumin
    9. 1 tsp Maroccan coriander
    10. 1/2 tsp paprika
    11. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    12. pepper to taste
    Instructions
    1. Heat a non-stick frying pan on med. low
    2. Blend all ingredients in a bowl or food processor
    3. Form into 3 inch patties
    4. Spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray and “Fry” on medium heat, 5 minutes each side or until browned and firm.
