  1. 1 1/2 cups of Oat Flour (I make my own by grinding up steel cut oats)
  2. 1/2 cups of 1st Step Wellness Vanilla Protein Powder
  3. 2 cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  4. 2 tbsp of ground Mill Flax Seed
  5. 2 tbsp of cinnamon
  6. 2 tbsp of vanilla
  7. Raw Stevia to taste
  8. 3 egg whites
  9. 1/4 cup Egg Beaters
  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour in your preheated and prepared waffle maker. Serve with your preferred topping. I chose to use a bit of honey and natural peanut butter.
