Ingredients
  1. - 1 can of navy beans partially drained (Central Market brand is what I use.)
  2. - 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  3. - 1/2 large onion, chopped
  4. - 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  5. - 1 1/2 Tbsp lite soy sauce
  6. - 1/2 tsp five-spice powder
  7. - 1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  8. - 12 leaves of butter lettuce
Instructions
  1. 1. Cook meat thoroughly and drain.
  2. 2. Lightly coat skillet with cooking spray. Add onion; stir-fry until tender, about 2 minutes
  3. 3. Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and five-spice powder.
  4. 4. Add water chestnuts; stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  5. 5. Add cooked turkey back into the skillet and add the beans. Stir-fry until well combined and heated through, about 2 more minutes.
  6. 6. Spoon into each lettuce cup and enjoy.
