    Baked Cinnamon Apples

    Ingredients
    1. 3 medium apples, cored and sliced (not peeled)
    2. 1 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar
    3. 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    4. 2 tablespoons fat free French Vanilla liquid coffee creamer
    5. 2 tablespoons water
    6. ¼ cup raisins
    Instructions
    1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F
    2. 2. Put all ingredients in a gallon plastic zipper bag and shake until apples are evenly covered.
    3. 3. Place in an 8” x 6” x 2” glass casserole dish and cover with foil.
    4. 4. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm.
    5. 5. Can be served with fat free whipped topping.
