Chrissy is a proud wife and mother of three children. You may have seen her featured in the media regarding her twin daughters, one of whom is a rare Primordial Dwarf.
She also loves her four-legged children, a Great Dane and a Shih Tzu. She received her BA in Mass Communications/Journalism from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
She uses her experiences in fitness, business and as a mother of three to empower women and encourage them to define their own lives rather than letting life define them. -
